Refund policy

Returns

All sales are final. Every item we sell is made in a limited run, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will replace or refund it and cover shipping both ways. This applies to everything we sell.

To report a problem, email mahjong@bamgoodtime.com with your order number and the item. We will confirm and send you instructions. Items sent back to us without being requested first cannot be accepted.

Preorders

Preorder items ship on the timeline shown on the product page.

Refunds

Where we have agreed to replace or refund a defective, damaged or incorrect item, the refund is issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected it. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
